The file to be inserted must reside in
the same folder.
A file cannot be inserted into itself.
If you select a file with Annotation
enabled in Step 3, Annotation will be
also enabled for the file to be
inserted.
You cannot make a new file that
exceeds the maximum number of
pages (3,000 pages) by inserting a
file.
(1) Select Insert File.
The Insert File screen appears.
(2) After checking the page number, select Insert By Page or
Insert By Sheet.
Insert File
Ready to insert a file after Page 1.
Select "Insert By Page" to insert the file after the selected page.
e.g. The file will be inserted on side 2 for 2 sided documents
if the selected page is side 1.
Or, select "Insert By Sheet" to insert the file after the affected
sheet containing the selected page.
e.g. The file will be inserted after side 2 for 2 sided documents
even if the selected page is side 1.
Note: Blank covers and separators which are later added
to the file are not counted as part of the pages.
(3) Select a file, and Insert.
