7.5 Downloading Scanned Data

When specifying Edit:
Updates the contents displayed in the file list.
When specifying Cancel:
Closes the dialog box and ends the application.
If you click Cancel while a file is being downloaded, you can select whether to
cancel the download.
• When specifying Yes, downloading of the file is canceled for the remaining
pages, including the page that was being downloaded when you clicked
Cancel. When all of the files selected are not downloaded correctly, the files
saved in Mailboxes are not deleted.
• When specifying No, downloading of the file continues.

Select the file you want to download, and click Import.
Downloading of the file starts.
When downloading is finished, the file saved in the Mailbox will be deleted.
