7.5 Downloading Scanned Data
The Select Scanner dialog box is
displayed when Acquire is first
selected in DocuWorks after the
scanner driver is installed, or when
the last scanner selected is not
saved.

Select Acquire from the File menu.
The Network Scanner Driver dialog box appears.
When specifying Select Scanner:
You can check the files saved in the Mailboxes for the selected scanner. Refer
to the procedure from step 4 in "7.5.3 Downloading Files".
When specifying Add:
You can register the new scanner. Proceed to step 5.
When specifying Edit:
You can change Scanner or Server Name or IP settings for the selected
scanner.
When specifying Delete:
Deletes the selected scanner. Select Yes to delete the scanner. To cancel the
deletion, select No.
When specifying Cancel:
Closes the Network Scanner Driver dialog box, and returns the display to the
state before Acquire was selected.

Select Add.
The Scanner Settings dialog box appears.
