set service-profile cipher-tkip
Disables or reenables Temporal Key Integrity Protocol (TKIP) encryption in a service profile.
Syntax
set service-profile name cipher-tkip {enable | disable}
name
enable
disable
Defaults When the WPA IE is enabled, TKIP encryption is enabled by default.
Access Enabled.
History Introduced in WSS Software Version 3.0.
Usage To use TKIP, you must also enable the WPA IE.
Examples The following command disables TKIP encryption in service profile sp2:
WSS# set service-profile sp2 cipher-tkip disable
success: change accepted.
