v1_or_v2 - Specifies that only RIP v1 or v2 packets will be
transmitted.
state [enabled | disabled]  Allows RIP to be enabled and disabled
on the Switch.
Only Administrator-level users can issue this command.
Used to enable RIP.

This command is used to enable RIP on the Switch.
