Description/Comments
When this service code is used, an
ACD Agent can reassign
themselves to another ACD
Group.
Assign the ACD Master Number
for each ACD Group.
Assign functions to multiline
terminal line keys.
When an extension or a virtual
extension is assigned to the
function key on the key telephone,
select the ring tone when receiving
a call on that key.
For ACD CAR keys, only tone
pattern 1 (entry 0) can be used.
The remaining patterns are not
checked with this feature.
Assign the ringing options for an
extension Virtual Extension Key or
Virtual Extension Group Answer
Key, which is defined in Program
15-07. Make an assignment for
each Night Service Mode. There
are 256 Virtual Extension Ports.
Assign the delayed ringing options
for an extension Virtual Extension
or Virtual Extension Group Answer
keys (defined in Program 15-09).
