Modifying the Default IP Service

The Default IP Service parameters need to be modified if you want to
change the:
• Network type that the RMX connects to
• IP address of the RMX Signaling Host Media boards
• Subnet mask of the RMX's IP cards
To view or modify the Default IP Service:

In the RMX Management pane, click Network Services.

In the Network list pane, double-click the Default IP Service entry.
The Default IP Service - Networking IP dialog box opens.

View or modify the following fields:

Network Service
Name
Description
Displays the name of the IP service. This name
cannot be modified.
Note: The field is displayed in all Default IP Service
tabs.
