You can view the list of users that are currently defined in the system.
To view the users currently defined in the system:

In the RMX Management pane, click the Users button.
The Users pane appears.
The User's name is the login name used by the user to connect to the
Polycom RMX 2000.
The User's authorization level is displayed in the Authorization Level
column.
