Meeting Rooms

A Meeting Room is a conference saved on the MCU in passive mode,
without using any of the system resources. A Meeting Room is
automatically activated when the first participant dials into it. Meeting
Rooms can be activated as many times as required. Once activated, a
Meeting Room functions as any ongoing conference. All Meeting Rooms
are based on a Profile.
The system is shipped with four default Meeting Rooms as shown in
Table 2-1.
