Click the Welcome tab.
The Entry Queue IVR - Welcome Message dialog box opens.

If the files were not uploaded prior to the definition of the IVR Service or if
you want to add new audio files, click Add Message File to upload the
appropriate audio file to the RMX.

When you select a message file from the Name list or Browse option you
can play a .wav file by selecting the Play

Define the appropriate parameters. This dialog box contains options
that are identical to those in the Conference IVR Service - Welcome
Message dialog box. For more information about these parameters,
see Table 9-4 on page 9-13.
