Replacing the Music File

The RMX is shipped with default music file that is played when
participants are placed on hold. For example, while waiting for the
chairperson to connect to the conference (if the conference requires a
chairperson). You can replace the default music file with your own
recorded music. The files include both default IVR and Entry Queue
Services. The file must be in *.wav format and its length cannot exceed
one hour.
