range add

This command is used to add one address range.
range add name <string1> ip1 <string2> ip2 <string3>[exc
ept <string4>][session <number>]

The value of ip1 mustn't be larger than that of ip2, or it will report
error. The value of parameter Except shall be within the range
between Ipaddress1 and Ipaddress2.
The default range configuration for FW system is any 0.0.0.0-
255.255.255.255.
At the same moment, the number of connections of individual ad-
dresses within the address range cannot exceed the number of
max sessions.
To
add

172.16.1.10—172.16.1.80, execute the following command:
# range add name range1 ip1 172.16.1.10 ip2 172.16.1.80

range modify

This command is used to modify one address range.
range modify name <string1> ip1 <string2> ip2 <string3>[e
xcept <string4>][session <number>]

This is one string, indicating the name of

This sets start IP address for address range.

format of 0.0.0.0.
This sets end IP address for address range.

This sets except IP address in address range.
This is one string, indicating IP address, in
format of 0.0.0.0.
This sets the number of session.
This is one number, indicating the number of
sessions.
