To use SNMP to manage FW system, it is necessary to enable SNMP
service on SNMP manage host.
To add one SNMP manage host with host name to be man-
age_host1, IP address to be 192.168.83.234 and community
name for accessing FW to be community1, execute the following
command:
# managehost add name manage_host1 hostip 192.168.83.234
community community1

managehost delete

This command is used to delete SNMP manage host.
managehost delete name <string>
Parameter
<string>
To delete one SNMP manage host named manage_host1, execute
the following command:
# Managehost delete name manage_host1
Description
This is one string, which is the name of SNMP
manage host to be added.
This specifies IP address of SNMP manage
host.
This is one standard IP address string, which
is IP address of manage host to be added.
This specifies community name with which
SNMP manage host accesses FW.
Tips:
1. SNMP V1/V2 supports community
name authentication scheme. SNMP
packets which don't match community
name
authorized
dropped.
2. At present, system only supports
manage host read mode for accessing
and doesn't support setting operation.
This is one string, which is the community
name.
