To establish an FTP session, execute the following command:
# session protocol add 21
To only establish sessions for default protocols, execute the fol-
lowing command:
# session protocol default

session icmp-redirect

This command is used to set whether to permit device to send
ICMP redirect packet.
session icmp-redirect <on|off>
Parameter
on|off
In some router-on-a-stick cases, communication is asymmetrical
to FW. In this case, by sending ICMP redirect packet, hosts can
intercommunicate normally. The prerequisites of sending ICMP
redirect packet:
1. Configure to permit to send ICMP redirect packet, the packet
is not permitted to send by default.
2. Outgoing interface is the same with incoming interface. Next-
hop address (rather than destination address) and source ad-
dress are in the same network segment with this address.
To permit intrusion prevention device to send ICMP redirect packet,
execute the following command:
# session icmp-redirect on

session tcp-reset

This command is used to set whether to permit device to send TCP
Reset packet.
session tcp-reset<on |off >
Parameter

To send TCP reset packet, execute the following command:
# session tcp-reset on
Description
This sets wether to send ICMP redirect packet,
not send by default.
