The following area in the address space is used for I/O.
addressing area. The addresses in this area can be directly specified for instruction operands.
The direct addressing area varies depending on the size of accessed data as follows:
• Byte data access: 0 to 0FF
• Half-word data access: 0 to 1FF
• Word data access: 0 to 3FF
