41-14 config lldp_med fast_start repeat_count
Description
This command is used to configure the fast start repeat count. When an LLDP-MED Capabilities
TLV is detected for an MSAP identifier not associated with an existing LLDP remote system MIB,
the application layer shall start the fast start mechanism and set the 'medFastStart' timer to
'medFastStartRepeatCount' times 1. The default value is 4.
Format
config lldp_med fast_start repeat_count <value 1 - 10>
Parameters
<value 1-10> - Specify a fast start repeat count value between 1 and 10. The default value is 4.
Restrictions
Only Administrator and Operator-level users can issue this command.
Example
To configure a LLDP-MED fast start repeat count of 5:
