Mark beginning and end of command string.
End and beginning delimiters must be
identical.
Any spectrum analyzer command from this
section, except TS, ONSWR or ONEOS.
Two &bit bytes specifying length of command
list, in &bit bytes. The most significant byte is
first: MSB LSB.
