Annotation
The ANNOT command turns the annotation on or off.
OUTPUT 718;"ANNOT ON;"
When queried (?), ANNOT returns the annotation state: on or off. The state is followed by carriage-return/line-
feed (ASCII codes 13, 10). The end-or-identity state (EOI) is asserted with line feed.
