the maximum number of telnet sessions

All the available EmWeb connection handles
are being used and the connection could not
be made.
Socket accept failure for the specified
connection type.
Socket receive failure.
Memory allocation failure for the new
connection.
Socket error on send.

The receive buffer limit has been reached.
