Error Troubleshooting

ART EX Command Error

An ART EX command error occurred during PLW processing. This error occurs when some parts of the
created print file are missing or abnormal.
Applicable Fault Code
016-709: PLW Command Error Detected By PLW Decomposer
Initial Actions
Power cycle the printer.
If the problem persists, perform the following procedure
