Parameter static.security.custom_password_rule.X
It configures the regular expression rules for passwords.
Multiple rules can be separated by comma.
Example:

static.security.custom_password_rule.1 = ^((?!(\d)\1{2}).)*$
It means the password cannot contain three consecutive numbers.
static.security.custom_password_rule.2 = ^((?!((admin)|(administrator)|(var)|(user)|(test))).)*$
It means the password cannot contain admin, administrator, var, user or test.
