Parameter account.X.bla.notify_with_expire.enable
It enables or disables the phone to add the Expires attribute to the Subscription-State header of the
BLA NOTIFY message.
Description
Note: It works only if "account.X.shared_line" is set to 3 (Draft BLA). For teltronnic BLA, you need to set
the value of this parameter to 0 (Disabled).
