Description
If it is set to 0 when UDP is used ("account.X.sip_server.Y.transport_type" is set to 0), the phone uses
a random port for responding to the messages from the server.

proxy server address, "account.X.sip_server.Y.outbound_proxy_enable" should be set to 1 (Enabled).
