Installing the Driver in Windows 3.1 or 3.11
Before you begin installation, check the Readme file. This file (in
Windows Write format) contains any driver documentation updates.
To install the Adobe Windows driver for Windows 3.1 or 3.11
1.
Start your Windows application. Then, exit from any
applications that are running.

Insert the Adobe Printer driver program disk in drive A or B.
3.
Open the Windows Program Manager; click File, then Run.
4.
Type the following command in the Run dialog box,
substituting a different drive letter, if necessary.
A:\SETUP

Click OK. Then, click Skip to postpone viewing the Readme file.
6.
Click Continue to continue installation.
Note: If the Adobe Printer Driver Setup program cannot
copy the files to the WINDOWS/SYSTEM directory
because that directory is write protected, it alerts you
asking whether to copy the files to your WINDOWS
directory. To do this, click Continue.
7.
When the copy has successfully completed, click Restart to
restart Windows.
The new driver is installed. Before you can select the controller in
your Windows applications using this driver, you need to set up the
driver; skip to "Setting up the Driver for Windows 3.1 or 3.11."
