Select Save to save the file with the specified parameters and
return to the main Colortron window.

From the File menu, select Quit (Macintosh) or Exit (PC) to
exit Colortron. Since you have exported the data file to another
format, you can choose No if you are prompted to save the file
before you exit Colortron.
Note: Colortron palettes behave much like text in a text-editing
program. You can set an insertion point between two colors
just as you can insert a text insertion point between two
letters in a line of text. The insertion point appears as a
heavy line underneath the color where you wish to insert a
color measurement. Also, you can overwrite a previously
read color by highlighting it, as indicated by a heavy border
around the selected color.

Linearizing the Colortron Data

The XANTÉ Linearizer imports the data measured by the Colortron
II and calculates the adjustments necessary to correct the printer
performance to the linear standard.
1.
Double-click the XANTÉ Linearizer icon to open that
program. The program's main window appears.

Select the Colortron II (or measuring device you used).

Select Colortron II from the Select Device drop
down menu and click OK to return to the
Linearizer main menu.
