The Menu Structure
The menus allow you to set up your controller through the front
panel. Through this menu structure, you can select such items as the
serial communications settings, the display window language, and
media saving options.
This section explains how to use the front panel menus and includes
an example of changing the printing measurements from English to
metric units. All menus and options are described in the following
sections of this chapter. For an overview of the menu structure, see
the fold-out menu reference sheet that is included with this manual.
To reset controller options to factory default settings, turn off the
controller, hold in the Online and Menu keys, turn on the controller,
and then release the keys after Accel-a-Graphix appears in the
window.

The Left Arrow
key is used when the
controller is in the menu structure. Pressing
the Left Arrow
key scrolls backwards
through options within the current menu or
lowers a numeric value, such as the number
of copies to print.
The down arrow Enter
working within the menu structure. Pressing
the Enter
key selects a menu or selects an
option within a menu when that option is
visible in the display window. When you
select an option, the option name switches to
all capitalized letters in the display window.
The right arrow Menu
double purpose. First, it is used to enter the
menu structure. Second, it is used to scroll
forward through the current menu and to
raise numeric values.
