Setting the Controller as a Novell 4.x Queue
Server
This section covers setting up your Accel-a-Graphix CT4 controller
to run as a queue server on a Novell network version 4.x. However,
before you do this, make sure the following statement is in the
AUTOEXEC.NCF on the Novell file server before proceeding to
PCONSOLE to set up the queue server.
Set allow unencrypted passwords = on
Note: You must have supervisory rights on the file server to set up
the Accel-a-Graphix CT4 as a queue server in PCONSOLE.
1.
Login to the network.
2.
Type PCONSOLE
3.
Select Print Servers from the Available Options menu and
press the Enter key.
4.
Press the Insert and type in the print server name exactly as it
was set using the XANTÉ Command Utility.
5.
Press the Escape key until you return to the Available Options
menu.
6.
Select Print Queues from the Available Options menu and
press the Enter key.
7.
Press the Insert key and type in a queue name of your choice
for the New Print Queue Name.
8.
Enter the Print Queues Volume or press Insert for Available
Volume Objects.
