4.2 Operation
• A finger vein pattern is used for personal identification.
• Vein patterns are inside the body and cannot be visually recognized. This makes vein patterns extremely difficult to forge or falsify. The
vein pattern authentication system can provide high security.
• With ultra-red LED radiation, a finger vein pattern is captured by camera and its image is created. The vein pattern image is registered and
a person can be identified if the person's vein pattern matches the registered one at the time of user authentication.
