Microswitches

The following microswitches are used in various parts of this copier.
Red (COM)
Wiring for the NO Type
NC (Normally-Closed)
NO (Normally-Open)
COM (Common)
Requirement
Actuator

0.1 mm to
0.5 mm
Out-of-Adjustment (When the actuator is closed)
• If the gap between the switch and actuator is too big, current dose not at times flow to NC
or NO.
• If there is no gap between the switch and actuator, the actuator is bent or the switch can
be broken.
Yellow (NO)

: Current flows between NC and COM when the actuator is
open.
: Current flows between NC and COM when the actuator is
closed.
: Common contact for NC and NO.
The gap between the switch and actuator should be
0.1 to 0.5 mm when the actuator is closed.
