! Because of its high rotation speed, the mirror
continues to turn for about 3 minutes after the
machine is turned off. Allow enough time for the
mirror to stop before you start to remove the
polygon motor .
! Never work on the laser unit with the main power
turned on. Laser beams can damage the eyes.
! Read the service notes for the laser unit in the
service manual (Removal and Adjustment,
General Cautions).
! Do not touch the paint-locked screws on the lens
block.
