Lifting out the Toner Hopper
Make sure it
disengages here
! First, slowly pull the hopper out on its rails until it stops (hold the
bottom front corners of the hopper as shown).
" Note: When you pull the hopper out, it can easily slip off the rails.
! Pull down and lock the support leg.
! Lift the hopper off the rail. Use the handles at the top. The hopper is
heavy, so make sure that it disengages fully (see the red circle).

# Do not use the handles at the top until the final step. If you pull the hopper out of
the machine at the start with the handles, the hopper can come off the machine
and fall on your feet.
# After this, we remove the faceplate. The manual explains how to do this.
