The Drum is Slower than the ITB
! The drum is 0.3% slower.
! Why?

" There is a small amount of friction between the
drum and the ITB.
" If the drum and ITB are the same speed, toner is
not transferred correctly for thin vertical lines in
the image.
" Because of this, the drum is 0.3% slower.
" Thin lines are better in the output, but there is
more wear on the drum and the ITB because of
the speed difference.
