Replacing the flexblow hoses
If a flexblow hose holding a blowing nozzle gets unstable, it can be replaced the
following way:

Before carrying out work on the air cleaning box:
Safely shut down the pneumatic supply to the FlexLoader SC 6000 and lock the
switch to prevent unintentional switching on.
Description
Flexblow hoses
Valves controlling the air cleaning nozzles
Signal splitter box
Deburring tool 1
Deburring tool 2
Valves controlling the deburring tools
1 Use a wrench to hold the pneumatic connection. Turn the flexblow hose
counterclockwise until it is loose.
2 Turn the blowing nozzle counterclockwise to release it from the hose.
3 Replace the flexblow hose.
4 Assemble in reverse order.
