Exchange of gripping module on turn station
The gripping module (Schunk) can be exchanged by the following procedure

The rotation module can be exchanged by the following procedure

Prior to work with the turn station:
Safely shut the pneumatic supply to the FlexLoader SC 6000 down and lock
against accidental turn-on.
• Move the robot to a suitable service position.
• Unscrew gripper fingers.
• Remove pneumatic connections.
• Unscrew gripper module.
• Mount new gripper.
• Mount gripper fingers.
• Restore pneumatic supply to FlexLoader SC 6000.
• Test the new gripper.
• Remove electrical and pneumatic connections to the turn station. Remove
turn station from holding panel by unscrewing the six holding screws.
• Follow the instructions above form removal of gripping module.
