– Hand-tighten cylinder head cover in the sequence -1 ... 6-.
– Tighten bolts in the sequence -1 ... 6- to 10 Nm.
– Apply a thin coat of diesel fuel to new O-rings on return-line
connections.
– Attach fuel return line and press the two clips downwards as
far as they will go -arrows-.
– After fuel return line has been pushed on completely, press
locking pin downwards -arrow-.
