CAUTION: EQUIPMENT DAMAGE HAZARD
!
Do not expose the crate to excessive shock and vibration.
Use a forklift or pallet jack to transport the packaged equipment in an upright position.
Always keep the ISO double-arrows on the sides of the crate oriented up.
CAUTION: EQUIPMENT DAMAGE HAZARD

Do not lay the crate on its side or any other non-upright position. This could
damage the robot.

Precautions when Transporting Robot

The robots weigh 34 and 36 kg. Use a crane suitable for the robot weight.

Have at least two workers handle this job.
l
Workers should wear hardhats, safety shoes, and gloves during transport.
l
Do not hold the first link, elbow, either side of the 2nd link, 2nd-joint cover, or 3rd-joint
l
cover, or apply force to any of them. Refer to Robot Links and Joints on page 13.
WARNING: PERSONNEL OR EQUIPMENT DAMAGE HAZARD
!
Do not attempt to lift the robot at any points other than the eyebolts provided.
Do not attempt to move any robot links until the robot has been secured in pos-
ition. Failure to comply could result in the robot falling and causing either per-
sonnel injury or equipment damage.
