Many other types of problems are detected by the ESP6000 controller
card and reported via error messages. Refer to Appendix A for a
complete list and descriptions.
Corrective Action
Use a tester or other device (lamp, etc.) to
verify that power is present in the outlet.
Contact an electrician if not.
Connect UniDrive power cord to the
appropriate outlet. Refer to the System Setup
section for procedures.
Replace fuse(s) as described in this section.
Refer to Appendix G, Factory Service if fuse
blows again.
Power down the UniDrive and PC and verify the
stage cable connection.
Power down the UniDrive and PC and replace
cable. Refer to Appendix G, Factory Service, for
cable replacement or stage service.
Verify that all setup parameters correspond to
the installed stage.
Verify that the stage is connected to the correct
driver card.
Verify that relevant parameters are set properly.
Verify that relevant parameters are set properly.
The software limit in the specified direction was
reached. Verify that limits are set correctly and
do not try to exceed them.
Verify that all relevant parameters are set
properly.
Carefully observe and record the motion
sequence by watching manual knob rotation, if
available. Refer to Appendix G, Factory Service
for assistance.
