Template of SitransP

This process tag type is used to connect a SITRANS P with driver blocks to PCS 7.
Note
Since the APL driver blocks Or08, SelST16, Pcs7AnIn and FbAnIn are missing in the library
for licensing reasons, they must be copied into the block library before the SitransP template is
copied. For this purpose, create a new CFC in the library, open it and place the Or08, SelST16,
Pcs7AnIn and FbAnIn blocks from the PCS 7 AP Library in the CFC using drag-and-drop in
order for the blocks to be copied into the library. The newly created CFC can be deleted once
this is completed.
The cyclic values are transferred by the PCS 7 standard blocks Pcs7AnIn (4 to 20 mA signal)
and FbAnIn (HART variables), the acyclic values are transferred by the PiDr64 block to and
from the device.
The process tag type contains the required interconnections between the blocks mentioned
above. If not all four HART variables are used, the unneeded driver blocks for reading the
values (PV, SV, TV and QV) can be accordingly removed from the template.
The PV_In inputs of the Pcs7AnIn (4 to 20 mA) and FbAnIn (PV, SV, TV, QV) blocks must be
interconnected with the corresponding input word or double word from HW Config for
instantiation of the template. The Laddr input of the PiDr64 block (AcyclicData) is
configured with the address of the 4 to 20 mA signal (not interconnected!).
The SlotHart input receives the slot number of the SITRANS P module within the analog
input module at the SitransP (SitransP) block. The Feature bits 2 to 6 must be used to
configure whether communication with the module is by means of the HART protocol and, if
applicable, which HART variables are used. All required values can be found in HW Config.
Note
Correct configuration of the SlotHart input is a mandatory requirement and cannot be
checked by the block.
