The value of the LocalSetting connection is outside the valid range. Valid values
are 0, 2 and 4
LocalSetting = 0 or LocalSetting = 4 and LocalLi = 1
AutModLi = 1 and ManModLi = 1
OpenAut = 1 and CloseAut = 1
OpenForce = 1 and CloseForce = 1
LocalSetting = 2 or 4 and SimOn = 1
