Chapter 11:  Status Codes
Explanation
The End-Of-Arm Break-
away Sensor has tripped
(open circuit). Reporting
of this error can be
enabled / disabled via Sys-
mac Studio.
Firmware version mis-
match.
The temperature sensor
on the embedded pro-
cessor board is at its tem-
perature limit.
The motor encoder tem-
perature sensor indicates
an overtemperature.
The high-voltage DC bus
for the amplifiers is out of
bounds (too high or low).
Servo initialization
stages. These steps nor-
mally sequence (I0, I1,
...) on the display during
normal system boot.
User Action
of the ESTOP and
re-enable high
power.
Re-close the break-
away circuit and re-
enable high power.
Contact your local
OMRON support.
Try slowing the
motion or insert
pauses. Also, check
for excessive ambi-
ent temperature,
inadequate vent-
ilation, and proper
function of any cool-
ing fans.
Reduce robot speed,
acceleration and/or
deceleration
motions, or intro-
duce delays in the
application cycle to
give the motor an
opportunity to cool.
Can occur when AC
power is unex-
pectedly removed.
Check AC con-
nections and re-
enable high power.
If the error persists,
contact your local
OMRON support.
None, unless an ini-
tialization code per-
sists longer than 30
seconds. Could indic-
ate servo ini-
tialization failure.
