This command turns on BGP soft-reconfiguration inbound debugging for IPv6 unicast routes. If no
neighbor is specified, debug is turned on for all neighbors.

debug ip bgp [ipv6-address | peer-group peer-group-name] keepalives [in | out]
To disable debugging, use the no debug ip bgp [ip-address | peer-group peer-group-name]

command to remove all configured debug commands for BGP.
Allows you to view information about BGP notifications received from neighbors.
