4.
Position the rotating support and the chassis aligning the
collimation marks as shown in the figure.
5.
Position the arm aligning the decal to the collimation marks
as shown in the figure.
6.
Lower the blade and/or the outriggers. If the machine has
outriggers, secure them with the safety cords.
7.
Secure a metal cord to the pins of the bucket as shown in
the figure.
8.
Engage the boom swing control pedal (2).
9.
Check that the outriggers or the blade have been raised
and that the work equipment are raised from the ground by
at least 40-50 cm.
10. Check that the work brake is disengaged. For details, see
"BRAKES PEDAL (3-106)"
11. Check that the control levers are in neutral position.
12. Check that the axle lock is deactivated. For detail, see
"AXLE LOCK SWITCH (3-94)".
13. Check the turret alignment, and align it if necessary. For
detail, see "TURRET ALIGNMENT INDICATOR (3-42)".
