Slowly activate the pedal of the positioning arm forward (E)
to extend it completely. Activate the pedal to the full extent
and hold it in position for 30 seconds. Retract the arm
completely and maintain it in position (F) for 30 seconds.
8.
Repeat the operation of step from 5 to 7 for 5 minutes.
9.
Deactivate the camera and check that the indicator light
(6) of the hydraulic oil temperature indicates the correct
value.
• Display (A) when temperature is proper: Caution lamp
background (C) is blue.
• Display (B) when temperature is low: Caution lamp
background (C) is white.
If hydraulic oil temperature caution lamp (6) displays low
temperature, repeat steps 6 to 10 until the lamp displays
the proper temperature.
10. Check that engine coolant temperature caution lamp (1)
displays the proper temperature.
• Display (A) when temperature is proper: Caution lamp
background (C) is blue.
• Display (B) when temperature is low: Caution lamp
background (C) is white.
If engine coolant temperature caution lamp (1) displays
low temperature, perform warm-up operation until the
proper temperature is displayed.

11. Check that hydraulic oil temperature caution lamp (6) and
engine coolant temperature caution lamp (1) display the
proper temperature, then check that all the caution lamps,
pilot lamps, and gauges on the machine monitor are in the
following conditions.
• Charge level caution lamp (7): OFF
• Engine oil pressure caution lamp (8): OFF
• Engine preheating pilot lamp (9): OFF
• Engine coolant temperature gauge (10): Indicator in
green range
• Engine coolant temperature caution lamp (1): proper
temperature
• Hydraulic oil temperature gauge (11): Indicator in
green range
• Hydraulic oil temperature caution lamp (6): proper
temperature
• Fuel gauge (12): Indicator in green range
• Fuel level caution lamp (13): Displays appropriate lev-
el
12. Check for abnormal exhaust gas color, noise, or vibration.
