Open dirt cover (1).

Lock securely with hood support lever (2).
7.
Loosen bolt (3) and remove plate (4) on the top of oil filler
port (F).
8.
Remove the cap of oil filler port (F) gradually to release the
internal pressure.
9.
Remove the cap of oil filler port (F).
10. Loosen bolts (3 pieces) and remove cover (5).
Cover may jump out under the force of spring (6). Hold
cover down when removing the bolts.
11. After removing spring (6) and valve (7), take out element
(8).
12. Clean the removed parts by using cleaning oil.
13. Install the new element in the place where old element (8)
was installed.
14. Check the O-ring to be set between the hydraulic tank and
cover (5).
If the O-ring is damaged, replace it.
15. Place valve (7) and spring (6) onto the element.
16. Set cover (5) in position and install it with the bolts while
pressing it down with the hand.
17. Install the cap of oil filler port (F).
18. Install plate (5) to the top of oil filler port (F) and fix it with
bolt (3).
19. Remove cover support lever (2) and fix it to the lever lock
securely.
20. Close dirt cover (1).
21. Start the engine and run it at low idle for 10 minutes to bleed air.
22. Stop the engine.
REMARK
Leave the engine stopped for at least 5 minutes, and then start it. This will remove the air bubbles in the oil
inside the tank.
23. Check that there is no leakage of oil and wipe off any oil that is spilled.
