10. Close the plug of the valve filter (8) to prevent fuel coming
out of the pipe, put the pipe back in the chamber and close
the cover (2) and the bonnet (3).
METHOD FOR CHECKING THE WORKING LIGHTS, THE HIGH BEAMS, THE DIP-
PED BEAMS AND THE POSITION LIGHTS
Check that the working lights, high beams, dipped beams and working position lights and the lighting inside the
instrumentation come on properly. Also check that there is no dirt or damage.

Turn the starting switch to ON position.
2.
Check that the working lights, high beams, dipped beams and working position lights and the lights inside
the instrumentation come on properly, switching them on and off with their switches.
3.
After checking, turn the starting switch back to OFF position.
If the lamps do not light up, a broken bulb or disconnected wire are the possible causes. Ask your Komatsu
distributor for repairs.
Method for checking and adjusting street circulation lamps alignment
If the lamp supports have been removed or the street circulation lamps have been replaced, check the lamps
alignment and, if necessary, align them.
Ask your Komatsu distributor to perform this work.
METHOD FOR CHECKING HORN
1.
Turn the starting switch to ON position.
2.
Press the switch on the left PPC valve lever and make
sure that the horn works correctly.
3.
Press the button positioned on the steering wheel lever
and make sure that the horn works correctly.
If the horn does not sound, ask your Komatsu distributor for repair.
