METHOD FOR ADJUSTING STEERING WHEEL
• The steering wheel is power-assisted; if the engine stops, steering requires considerable effort and
becomes imprecise, with serious consequences for the safety of the machine.
If this condition occurs, stop the machine with the parking brake and immediately contact your Ko-
matsu distributor.
The machine can be steered by turning the steering wheel in
the desired direction.
To adjust the forward and backward position.
1.
Press the pedal (1), shift the column to the desired position and release the pedal (1).
To adjust the height of the steering wheel.

Unscrew the steering wheel's lock nut anti-clockwise (2). After adjusting, tighten the steering wheel's lock
nut clockwise (2).
METHOD FOR ADJUSTING REAR VIEW CAMERA ANGLE
• Before starting operation, always check the visibility of the camera. If it is not correct, adjust it
again. If it is not adjusted properly, you cannot secure the visibility and may be injured or may lead
to a serious personal injury or death.
• When adjusting the angle of the camera, prepare a scaffold first in order to provide a safe working
platform.
If you try to work standing on the counterweight, there is always a danger of serious injury or death
due to falling off from the machine.
