Software Options and Configuration
Configuring the AC Infusion Rate
The AC infusion rate is the rate anticoagulant is infused to the donor or
patient. The default AC infusion rate is 0.8 mL/min/L of TBV. You can
configure the AC infusion rate up to 1.1 mL/min/L TBV for any
procedure except TPE.
ELP, LRS, LRST, MNC, PMN, WBC Depletion, and AutoPBSC
Procedures
If you configure the AC infusion rate for any one of these procedures,
the change applies to all these procedures.

Configuring Total Plasma Removed (Platelet Collection
Procedures)
You can configure the total volume of plasma removed during a platelet
procedure. This volume can be either a specific volume or a percentage
of the donor's total blood volume (TBV). For more information and
instructions on configuring this volume, see "Configuring Total Plasma
Removed" in Chapter 2 of the Platelet Collection Guide.

Configuring Procedure End Points
ELP, LRS, and LRST Procedures
The default end point for platelet collection procedures is 100 minutes.
For more information and instructions on configuring the end point, see
"Configuring the Platelet Collection Procedure End Point" in Chapter 2
of the Platelet Collection Guide.
AutoPBSC Procedures
The default end point for AutoPBSC procedures is 2.0 x TBV. You can
configure this end point based on run time, inlet volume, or number of
TBVs to be processed. For more information and instructions on
configuring the end point, see "Configuring the AutoPBSC End Point"
in Chapter 4 of the Cell Therapy Guide.
TPE Procedures
The default end point for TPE procedures is 1.0 plasma volume. For
more information and instructions on configuring the end point, see
"Configuring the TPE Procedure End Point" in Chapter 2 in the
Therapeutic Apheresis Guide.
MNC Procedures
The default end point for MNC procedures is 2.0 x TBV. You can
configure this end point based on run time, inlet volume, or number of
TBVs to be processed. For more information and instruction on

Chapter 2 of the Cell Therapy Guide.
