Gambro BCT or its subsidiaries accept responsibility for the safety,
reliability, and performance of this equipment only if operational
procedures, calibrations, and repairs are performed by appropriately
qualified persons; if all equipment modifications are authorized in
writing by Gambro BCT and performed by appropriately qualified
persons; if the electrical installation of the room in which the equipment
is used complies with all applicable local electrical codes and IEC
requirements; and if the equipment is used in accordance with the
published instructions for use.
Gambro BCT or its subsidiaries will provide on request and for nominal
cost a service manual which contains all necessary circuit diagrams,
component parts lists, calibration instructions and service information
to enable appropriately qualified technical personnel to repair those parts
of this equipment which Gambro BCT considers to be repairable.
