The options on the three configuration screens allow you to configure
the Spectra system. Press the number of the option you want to view or
change. To accept the default value displayed, press ENTER. To return
to the previous screen without making a change, press CLEAR.
Configuring the Height/Weight Units
You can configure the Spectra system to use either English or metric
units for height and weight.

Go to the first configuration screen. Press 1.

The following screen appears:
Select height/weight units:
1=English (in, lbs), 2=Metric (cm, kg).
To use English units (inches and pounds), press 1 .

To use metric units (centimeters and kilograms), press 2 .

Configuring the Decimal Point/Thousands Separators
You can configure the Spectra system to display either a period as the
decimal point and a comma as the thousands separator, or a comma as
the decimal point and period as the thousands separator.

Go to the first selection screen. Press 2.

The following screen appears:
Select character for decimal point:
1=Period ( . ), 2=Comma ( , ).
To use a period (U.S. style) for the decimal point and a comma for
the thousands separator, press 1.

To use a comma (International style) for the decimal point and a
period for the thousands separator, press 2.
