Press the tubes into the appropriate filler slots.
Note: Platelet procedures: The collect tube will not fit
completely into the filler slot.
Note: Ensure the lower and the upper bearings (see
Figures 4-14 and Figure 4-15) sit securely on the large
diameter tubing, which encloses the multi-lumen tubing. DO
NOT rotate the bearings against the large diameter tubing.

Place the lower bearing in the lower bearing holder (see
Figure 4-14). Ensure the center, hard plastic bearing sits securely in
the bearing holder.

Thread the multi-lumen tubing up between the centrifuge arms to
the upper bearing holder.

Place the upper bearing in the upper bearing holder (see
Figure 4-15). Ensure the center, hard plastic bearing sits securely in
the bearing holder.

Place the upper collar in the upper collar holder. Ensure the collar
holder securely holds the collar, both black sides of the holder are
equally closed around the collar, and an edge between two of the
collar's six sides is facing out. Ensure one of the collar's six sides is
not facing out (see Figure 4-13).

Press the multi-lumen tubing into the exit slot on the right side of
the centrifuge compartment.
Caution: Before you begin Prime, inspect all tubing
especially in the centrifuge and on the front panel to ensure
it is not kinked. Tubing that is occluded, or partially
occluded, can lead to malfunction or fluid imbalance. Tubing
performs without difficulty as long as the interior diameter of
the tubing is larger than the interior diameter of the needle.
